Are you looking to give your current workout routine an edge?  Would you like to move with ease and strength in your everyday life, with complete functional movement?  Pilates helps to develop a strong core by strengthening and lengthening at the same time. You will increase lean muscle mass and improve flexibility all in one.

It is a discipline that makes you extremely connected with your body and works on the muscles deeply and intensely.  

MAT & REFORMER
PRIVATE SESSION

1 hr

One on one session.  Includes a full postural analysis, as well as discussion of your physical history, activities and goals.  Sessions will then flow through a series of specific exercises to build strength, flexibility and endurance in your body.  The result: a balanced and aligned body that looks fit and moves with ease.

PRIVATE - GROUP

A full energetic hour that will consist of warmup (mobility focused) and move through strengthening of spine and abdominals (including pelvic floor).  Props will also be used to help strengthen and lengthen your muscles through a variety of flexion, extension, and rotation exercises.

Classes will either be taught at the private studio space, or within your own home or place of work.  Whatever works best for your group!

MAT & REFORMER GROUP CLASS

A fun full body workout! We focus on getting our bodies to feel strong in all ranges of functional movement through strengthening exercises that involve the abdominal muscles and pelvic floor.  Glutes, legs, arms and back will all be fired up too!  Modifications from beginner to advanced are built in and tailored in a group setting

PRE/POST NATAL

Mat Classes that focus on pre and post-natal bodies. A gentle sequence of exercise to strengthen your pelvic floor, abdominals and postural muscles. 

Through strengthening the pelvic floor muscles and lower back you will gain more stability and flexibility.
